We like our affiliates to have as much control over their campaigns as possible. With this in mind we have provided a tournament request form to request tournament for affiliate accounts and players.

Tournament Options


There are certain defaults for tournament set-ups, which unless specified in the “Further Information” area, will be applicable to all tournaments. They are as follows:
  • 1500 starting chip stack
  • 12 minute blinds
  • No Qualifying Requirements
An explanation of each field type has been provided below :-
  1. Date – The date of which the tournament should start.
  2. Time – The time (in GMT) of which the tournament should start.
  3. Frequency – How often should this tournament run.
  4. Buy-in – The value of the tournament entry per customer
  5. Rake – The value of how much rake should be charged per customer
  6. Game – this is where you specify what Game the tournament should be
  7. Type – the type of Texas Hold’em tournament which you would like. The current types are: Standard Elimination, Heads-up, Rebuy
  8. Subtype – specify the subtype (Regular, Freeroll, Special, Satellite)
  9. Visible Time – the number of minutes prior to the tournament start, that it should become visible
  10. Registration period – the number of minutes prior to the tournament start, that registration is allowed
  11. Tournament Name – The name that you would like to call your tournament, as it will appear in the lobby of the Poker Client.
  12. Tournament Info Box – The information that you would like to appear in the “Tournament Information Box” in the lobby of the Poker Client. This should contain as much information regarding the tournament, and a URL if T&Cs apply. If you are sending Tournament information in any other language other than English, we require a full translation.
  13. Added or Guaranteed – whether the tournament should have added or Guaranteed Funds
  14. Added or Guaranteed Funds – The amount to add or guarantee
  15. Offline Prize – the value of a prize package to be taken out of the prizepool in incremental amounts.
  16. Blind Structure - this is where you specify the blind levels
  17. Minimum number of Registrations – The minimum amount of players who registered for the tournament to start. The default is 2.
  18. Maximum number of Registrations – The maximum amount of players allowed into the tournament, before it is shown as “Full” and accepts no more players.
  19. Campaign Codes – The affiliate id’s who are allowed to see the tournament.
  20. FPPs – Not applicable, leave this field blank
  21. Charge to – This must be set to "partner"
  22. Further Information – Please state here if there are other factors to be considered whilst setting up the tournaments. If there are none, please leave blank.
  23. Password Protected – if so, please state the password that you would like.
  24. Pin Protected – if so, please include pin list in a separate excel or word document
